Monday Max Meditation

Join us on Monday’s for Virtual Max Meditation, a simple yet profound way to connect to your inner world and calm your mind, body, and spirit. You will be lead through an easy 5-part process to relax the physical body, let thoughts release the mind, welcome in a sacred word of power to set the energy, explore a beautiful journey, and slowly integrate back into physical reality. We will have time to journal and have the option to share insights amongst the group.
